3. As a talent, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. As a talent hunter, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about your organization and job openings.

4. You understand that any content uploaded to prolli, including but not limited to, videos, images, and comments, may be used by prolli for promotional and marketing purposes.

5. You understand that prolli has the right to remove or edit any content that is deemed inappropriate or in violation of our community guidelines.

6. You understand that prolli may send you promotional and informational emails.

7. You understand that prolli reserves the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason.

8. You understand that prolli's services are provided "as is" and that prolli makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy or completeness of any information on the platform.

9. You understand that prolli shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use of the platform.

10. You understand that these terms and conditions may be updated at any time and that it is your responsibility to review them regularly.11. As a talent hunter, you agree to only use the platform for lawful recruiting purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to employment and recruiting, in accordance with the laws of the country you are operating in or recruiting in.

12. As a talent hunter, you agree to not discriminate against any job candidate on the basis of protected characteristics such as race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, and more, in accordance with the laws of the country you are operating in or recruiting in.

13. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable laws and regulations in the country you are operating in or recruiting in and that prolli cannot be held liable for any failure to comply with such laws and regulations.

14. You understand that prolli is not responsible for any fraud, scams or non-payment by third parties and that you are solely responsible for any transactions or agreements made outside of the prolli platform.

15. You understand that prolli is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your interactions with third parties.
